This Cabernet is from Northern Central Italy, Emilia Romagna to be exact, from the area around the Rubicon river (yes, the river made famous by Julius Caesar’s “The die is cast” quote). This dry, still, red wine is relatively low alcohol and also made without animal proteins (so vegan).
